Back Surgery

Back Surgery.

For Back Pain Management and Relief I consider back surgery to be the option of last resort when it comes to managing your long-term chronic back pain.

And a lot of this website is dedicated to other means of back pain management and relief. But, sometimes, you just don’t have any other option but to go down the spine surgery route. I have included information here on the different types of back surgery for a variety of conditions and locations - herniated disc, spinal stenosis etc. - and it is based on what I have seen working for my physiotherapy clients over the past number of years.
